Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.digitalindiagrow.com (the "Website") and the services provided by Digital India Grow, Burari, New Delhi ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website, submitting a form or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

Our services

We offer website and landing page development, e-commerce stores, AI chatbot integration, search engine optimisation (SEO), Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn advertising, social media management and graphic design. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and price of any project are those written in the quotation, proposal or invoice we share with you and you accept (the "Agreement"). If anything in an Agreement differs from these Terms, the Agreement applies for that project.

Website content

Information on the Website — including descriptions of services, process, sample timelines and indicative pricing — is for general information and may change without notice. Results, growth figures and case examples shown on the Website describe outcomes achieved for specific businesses or what digital marketing can deliver; they are not a promise or guarantee of results for your business.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on the Website (for example Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and client brands) belong to their respective owners. Showing them only identifies the platforms we work with or projects we have worked on; it does not mean those companies endorse, certify, partner with or sponsor Digital India Grow.

Quotes, payment and taxes

• Prices are as per the Agreement and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Work starts after the agreed advance is received. Remaining payments are due as per the milestones or billing cycle in the Agreement.
• Monthly services (SEO, social media, ads management) are billed in advance for each month.
• Delayed payments may pause the work, campaigns or website hosting connected to the project until dues are cleared.

Advertising budgets and third-party platforms

Ad spend paid to Google, Meta or any other platform is separate from our service fee unless the Agreement says otherwise, and is governed by that platform's own terms. Platforms may reject, limit or suspend ads or accounts under their policies; we will help resolve such issues but are not responsible for platform decisions. Money spent on ads is not refundable by us.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, followers and ad performance depend on many factors outside our control — search engine and platform algorithms, competition, your market, budget, product, pricing and how quickly you respond to leads. We work professionally to improve results, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of leads, sales or return on investment.

Your responsibilities

• Share accurate information, content, images, logins and approvals on time; delays from your side may extend timelines.
• Make sure the content, logos and images you give us are yours or you have the right to use them.
• Make sure your business, products and ads comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Keep your domain, hosting and third-party subscriptions active and paid unless we manage them under the Agreement.

Revisions and changes in scope

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the Agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope — new pages, features, designs or campaigns — are treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Ownership and portfolio

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as your website design and content, logo and creatives). We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you the right to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the completed work (without confidential information) in our portfolio and marketing.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel a project or monthly service by informing us in writing.
• Payment for work already done, time already spent and third-party costs already incurred (domains, hosting, tools, ad spend) is not refundable.
• Any refund of an unused advance is decided as per the Agreement and the work completed till the cancellation date, and is processed within 15 working days of confirmation.
• Monthly services already started for the current month are not refundable for that month.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver our services. We will not share them with anyone except our team and service providers who need them for your project, or where required by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website — for example by sending spam or false enquiries, trying to break into or overload it, copying its design or content for commercial use without permission, or using the chat assistant for unlawful purposes. Replies from the chat assistant are generated automatically for general guidance and may contain mistakes; confirm important details with our team.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, business, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the 3 months before the claim. The Website is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through discussion. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the courts at New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
