Who we are

Digital India Grow ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing and web development business based in Burari, New Delhi, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.digitalindiagrow.com (the "Website"), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill a consultation, contact or project form, chat with us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you choose to share — usually your name, phone number, email address, your website address, the service you are interested in and your message.

Chat assistant. Messages you type into the chat assistant on the Website are processed to generate a reply. If you share your contact details in the chat, we keep them as an enquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of the visit. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled on the Website, they may use cookies to measure visits and campaign performance.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as passwords, bank or card details, Aadhaar or health data through the Website. Please do not send such information through our forms or chat.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and call, email or WhatsApp you about the service you asked for.
• To prepare proposals and quotations, and to deliver and support the services you buy from us.
• To send service updates, invoices and important notices related to your project.
• To improve the Website, our content and our marketing, using aggregated visit data.
• To prevent spam, misuse and fraud, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We use your data only for these purposes, on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a form) or because it is needed to provide a service you requested. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only as much as they need:

• Google — form submissions are stored in Google Sheets (via Google Apps Script); the chat assistant uses Google's Gemini AI service to generate replies; Google Analytics or Google Ads may be used to measure visits and campaigns.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens on WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts the Website and keeps standard server logs.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta or Google, if we run campaigns that use website visit data, under their own policies.

We may also disclose information if required by law, by a court or government authority, or to protect our rights. Some of these providers may process data outside India; we use reputed providers that apply reasonable security safeguards.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The Website itself works without tracking cookies. If we enable analytics or advertising tools, they may set cookies to count visits and measure campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Website will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Client and billing records are kept for the period required under Indian tax and accounting laws.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices: the Website runs on HTTPS, access to enquiry data is limited to our team, and our accounts are protected with passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a breach affects you.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or update inaccurate data;
• delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected;
• withdraw your consent — for example, stop calls, WhatsApp messages or emails from us.

To make a request, email digitalindiagrow26@gmail.com from the email or phone number you used with us. We will respond within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

The Website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

The Website links to other websites, including projects we have built for clients and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites; please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
